My food showed up late and was already cold by the time it got to me. I tried to get some help, but it felt like I was being passed around instead of anyone actually taking care of it. Frustrating experience overall

The sides were tasty overall, but the fries came a little cold. I’m guessing they might’ve been sitting for a bit before they made it to me.

The staff were really nice and friendly, but the service was slow. I didn’t mind waiting a little, but after a while it got kind of ridiculous

I’ll give them credit, the food probably would’ve been decent if it had shown up on time and still warm. Unfortunately, it arrived late, everything was cold, and when I mentioned it, nobody seemed too bothered. So, nice potential I guess, but the actual experience was disappointing.

Ordered takeout from Wood Ranch it wasn’t the best experience. The pickup time ended up being later than what they told me, so by the time I got home the food was already kind of cold. The ribs were okay, but the sides felt like they were just tossed together, and they forgot one of the sauces. I also tried calling about it and got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more annoying. For what it cost, I expected a lot better. Maybe it’s better if you eat there, but the takeout was a letdown

Took my kids here for dinner and, it just wasn’t a great experience. I’m sure it’s fine if you’re not with a family, but we felt unwelcome the whole time. The staff didn’t seem to have much patience, the seating area was loud, and nothing about the meal felt easy or relaxed. Totally fine, I guess, but I probably wouldn’t bring kids here again...

I went to Wood Ranch parking was easier than I expected. The lot was close by, and I didn’t have to keep circling around looking for a spot, which was a nice change compared to a lot of places. It got a little tight as dinner time picked up, but from my experience it was still manageable. Overall, parking was smooth and made the visit start off on a good note.

We only stopped in for dessert, i kind of wish we hadn’t. The brownie was dry, not even warm, and it really seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. The ice cream was already half melted by the time it got to us too, which didn’t help. For the price, I think it’s fair to expect something fresh. Definitely disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order dessert here again.

This was a bad first impression. I ordered the brisket and ribs, and both came out dry and way too chewy. I felt like I had to wrestle with every bite instead of actually enjoying the meal. Maybe it was just an off day, but for my first time trying it, it really wasn’t worth it for me.

The food was good, but I can’t say the wait didn’t get to me a bit. We had a reservation and still ended up sitting around for about 25–30 minutes before being seated, which was frustrating. Once we finally got in, the staff was friendly and everything went smoothly enough. I’d probably give it another shot, I just wish they were better with timing.

I was a little unsure about whether the portions would be enough, but they were actually really big. Definitely felt like I got plenty of food, so no need to worry about leaving hungry.

My order was seriously spot-on. Like, I’m 100% sure they got everything exactly right, no guessing, no mix-ups, just accurate from start to finish

One thing I really like about Wood Ranch is that it’s not just a straight-up BBQ place where you feel like you have to order ribs or brisket every time. They’ve got burgers, salads, chicken, ribs, and even a few lighter options, which makes it a easy spot to suggest when you’re going out with a group and everyone’s in the mood for something different. I usually don’t have a hard time finding something that sounds good, which I appreciate. The only reason I’d probably go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that, after you’ve been a few times, some of the menu items can start to feel a little similar, or at least not wildly different from each other. But overall, I still think the variety is solid, and it’s a reliable place when you want options.

I mean, you’d think a dining room should feel at least somewhat comfortable, but this place was just loud and cramped. The lighting was way too harsh, and the whole atmosphere felt stressful instead of relaxing. Even the staff seemed rushed and tense. We didn’t stick around long because it just wasn’t an enjoyable place to sit and eat.

The food was actually good, but the service was slow enough that it started to feel like we were just stuck there waiting. Drinks took a while to show up, and then getting the check was another long wait. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely found myself wishing things would move along faster so we could finally leave.

We went in for dinner the place felt dirty right away. Our table was sticky, there were crumbs on the seats, and the floor around our booth looked like it hadn’t been swept in who knows how long?! The restroom was even worse, with paper everywhere and a weird smell. The food might’ve been fine, but I just couldn’t relax and enjoy eating there. I don’t see myself coming back unless they seriously clean the place up

I’ve been here a few times, and the BBQ is always solid. It’s the kind of place you can feel confident recommending when you want a reliable, tasty meal.

I tried Wood Ranch expecting some really solid BBQ, but the flavor was bland to me!!! The sauce was sweet, which was fine, but I didn’t get much smoke or any real kick from it!!! The meat was okay, nothing terrible, but for the price I just didn’t feel like it was worth it!!!
